Dash Eat — Delete your account

One account, two apps

Dash Eat uses your Dash account, the same one as Dash Move. Deleting it erases your data in both apps, Dash Eat and Dash Move, at once. This cannot be undone.

To only stop recording your health data, you do not need to delete anything: You → Privacy → Withdraw my health consent.

From the app

Open Dash Eat → You → Account → Delete my account. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete everything. Deletion is immediate.

Using Dash Eat without an account? You → Account → Delete my data and leave, with the same confirmation.

Without the app

If you no longer have Dash Eat or Dash Move installed, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• In Dash Eat — your diary and meals, your own foods and dishes, your favourites, your goal and settings (fasting and Ramadan included, and your health consent), your weight, measurements and progress photos.
• In Dash Move — your profile, recorded sessions and routes, progress, posts, photos and voice notes.
• Your Dash account — your sign-in, your email address and your name.

Backups roll off within 30 days.

What is kept

Records that belong to someone else and only name you — a report another person filed, a race another runner ran against you in Dash Move — stay, with your identity removed. The record that a store purchase took place is kept, detached from your account.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel Dash Eat Pro. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, ideally before deleting the account.
